Dr Water is a consumer wellness brand selling hydrogen water bottles and kettles in the US market. Bonminds partnered with them to optimize their multi-platform paid advertising strategy and improve return on ad spend across Amazon, Meta, and Google.

Dr Water was running multiple paid channels but struggled with high acquisition costs, inconsistent performance across Amazon, Meta, and Google, and a lack of clarity on which campaigns were actually driving profitable sales. The priority was to improve ROI without sacrificing growth.
Bonminds audited existing Amazon Ads, Meta eCommerce campaigns, and Google Merchant Center setup. We re-structured Meta campaigns around product-level performance and intent-based audiences, and optimized Amazon Ads by focusing spend on high-converting keywords and ASINs. Product feeds and Merchant Center issues were cleaned up to improve Google Shopping performance. A more disciplined testing and scaling approach was introduced, centered on contribution margin as the key decision-making metric
