About the Role

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Video Creator & Editor who can transform ideas, marketing briefs, and creative concepts into high-quality visual content.

You'll create videos, animations, advertisements, and social media content using AI-powered generation tools and professional video-editing software.

You'll work closely with our marketing, design, content, and client-servicing teams to develop content for residential, commercial, hospitality, interior design, and lifestyle brands.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI, understands visual storytelling, and can independently deliver polished, engaging content.

What You'll Do

1. AI Video Production & Editing

• Create high-quality AI-generated promotional videos for residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior design projects.
• Produce realistic AI animations, project walkthroughs, promotional films, and concept-led advertisements.
• Edit videos with music, sound effects, captions, branding, transitions, and visual effects.
• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Create AI avatars, voiceovers, lip-sync videos, motion graphics, and AI-powered visual effects.
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing techniques to deliver professional, production-ready videos.

2. AI Creative Tools & Innovation

• Use AI video-generation, image-generation, voiceover, and animation tools to create original visual assets.
• Write and refine AI prompts to achieve realistic movement, visual consistency, accurate outputs, and high production quality.
• Experiment with emerging AI video platforms, models, and creative workflows.
• Improve production efficiency and turnaround times through AI-assisted workflows.
• Stay updated on generative AI developments, video production techniques, and emerging creative technologies.

3. Creative Storytelling & Advertising

• Translate marketing objectives into engaging video concepts and visual narratives.
• Develop concept-led advertisements for digital campaigns and social media platforms.
• Create storyboards, visual references, and creative directions before production.
• Ensure videos reflect brand identity, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
• Apply typography, composition, colour, animation, and sound to strengthen visual storytelling.

4. Creative & Marketing Collaboration

• Work with marketing, content, design, and client-servicing teams to understand creative briefs.
• Present creative concepts, storyboards, and visual directions for feedback.
• Manage multiple creative projects and deliver assets within agreed timelines.
• Incorporate internal and client feedback efficiently.
• Adapt creative assets for different platforms, formats, and advertising placements.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, visual styles, and video formats.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, video production, AI content creation, or a related creative role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation, image-generation, avatar, voiceover, and lip-sync tools.
• Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to write effective AI prompts and refine generated outputs to achieve professional-quality results.
• Good knowledge of branding, digital marketing, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Experience creating videos for social media advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI avatar and voiceover platforms such as HeyGen or ElevenLabs.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative software.
• Experience creating content for real estate, architecture, interior design, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and digital advertising formats.
• Ability to produce realistic architectural visualisations, product animations, and cinematic AI-generated videos.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory for this role.

Candidates must share relevant work, including AI-generated videos, promotional films, social media videos, advertisements, animations, or graphic-design projects.

We're particularly interested in how you combine AI-generated visuals with professional video editing and creative storytelling.
